Christmas in Glasgow

Its all beginning to look very festive in the city. The Christmas lights have been switched on and George Square has become a veritable Winter Wonderland. You can ice skate in the square; watch a movie; have a tea dance as well as some children’s rides too. You can find full details of Glasgow’s Winter Festival at http://www.winterfestglasgow.com/

Argyle Street shopping is right on your doorstep and there are Christmas markets along Argyle Street. You will find all the big names as well in Buchanan Street and can take advantage of the bargains the department stores are offering this Christmas.

There are still some dates available for accommodation at the Library Apartment which is so central you can be shopping one minute and ice skating the next! So book your Place in History at the Library this festive season!
